Dental Assistant - 1300SMILES Gladstone

1300SMILES Gladstone is looking for an enthusiastic Casual Dental Assistant to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our clinicians, caring for patients, and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

This casual opportunity requires availability Monday to Saturday, with typical shifts from 7:45am to 5:15pm. We're looking for someone who is flexible, organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting our dentists and dental professionals during procedures and with patient care.
• Maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment
• Sterilising instruments and taking care of equipment
• Providing exceptional support and care to our patients
• Performing administrative duties as needed

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Bring a warm, can-do attitude that puts patients at ease
• Be keen to learn, grow, and embrace new challenges
• Have fantastic communication skills and a teamwork-first mindset

Previous dental assisting experience is a plus, but not a must. We're ready to train the right person who's eager to make a difference!
