As an integral part of our kitchen team, the Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring all dishes, cookware, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized to meet our high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize kitchenware, utensils, and dishes.
• Sort and stack cleaned items for easy access by kitchen staff.
• Perform cleaning duties in the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Assist in the organization and storage of clean dishes and cooking implements.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Notify supervisors of any equipment issues or supply shortages.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar kitchen role is preferred but not mandatory.
