Responsibilities and Tasks

• Generate Quality/Reliability Test Flows for NPI.
• Determine test flow type (package, die, or quality-related).
• Review new design specifications.
• Identify and integrate applicable legacy codes.
• Generate custom test flows.
• Analyze device failures to determine electrical signatures and potential causes.
• Provide failure data to relevant groups.
• Solve test program problems and release solutions to manufacturing.
• Identify critical issues for resolution.
• Provide Quality/Reliability Software Support.
• Write software to analyze fail efficiencies.
• Provide custom test flows or software on request.
• Knowledge of AI models or experience working on AI models is a plus.
• Expertise with analysis tools such as Bit Map, Shmoo, Wave Trace, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, Micromate, ATE coding, etc., is advantageous.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Electronic Engineering.
• Proven knowledge of Programming Languages such as Python/C/C++.
• Basic understanding of DRAM Device Physics and design.
• Good multitasking skills and ability to set priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivation and passion for driving projects to completion.
