Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all types of food preparation as instructed by the Chef de Partie in a professional way to ensure quality and consistency, is fully responsible for assigned section

• Ensure quality and freshness of all food preparation

• Ensure work area is always well maintained, clean and organized

• Ensure production is done according to the standard recipes at all times and meets the hotel standard

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in the Chinese/ Western kitchen

• Junior High School or above

• Excellent language skills in Chinese or English
