Job Description

Responsible for delivering a complex multi-technology, multi-vendor and/or multi-component program with a high business significance and profile. The role will focus on the successful delivery of the program to accomplish stated business outcomes, on-time and profitable, quality delivery of the agreed contractual commitments, while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for determining and coordinating the sharing of resources among their constituent projects to the overall benefit of AIG programs and Project for Globe.

• Possess the knowledge and skills needed to be effective in the program, project, business environments, and to make decisions that accomplish strategic objectives. 

• Establish within the program a support and strategic structure that will aid and govern the management of the AIG Programs for Globe. 

• Overall Management of AIG Programs covering Scope, Time, Cost, and Quality 

• Overall Management of Project Managers and their projects

• Delivery Governance for AIG Programs 

• Strategy and Roadmap Building for AIG Programs
