Job Description
- Lead the entire product journey—from initial concept validation and requirement gathering to drafting technical PRDs, overseeing execution, and driving post-launch refinements.
- Stay ahead of global trends in DeFi and TradFi to design agile roadmaps that capitalize on market shifts while maintaining rigorous risk management standards.
- Leverage deep analytics to optimize user flows, enhance system stability, and maximize capital efficiency, ensuring a best-in-class user experience.
- Act as the central hub for Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to navigate complex logical hurdles and ensure the seamless delivery of high-impact features.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on product management experience in the Web3 space, backed by a portfolio of successful dApp launches.
- A profound understanding of DeFi protocol architecture, including gas-efficient design, on-chain execution, and the security constraints of smart contracts.
- Experience designing Wealth Management or Fintech platforms, with a solid grasp of asset management workflows and traditional compliance standards.
- A sharp logical mind capable of untangling interdependent business logic and building systems that remain resilient during high market volatility.
