Dedicated Regional CDL-A Driver | 100% Touch Freight | ~2,000 miles/week

This dedicated regional route offers consistent weekly home time, steady freight, and the option for drivers living within 30 miles of the Roanoke distribution center to spend their daily 10-hour breaks at home!

Pay & Financial Incentives

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500/week (~$78,000/year base)
• Top Weekly Earners: $1,750+/week (~$91,000+/year)
• Top Annual Performers: $75,000+ to $90,000+/year
• Trailer Unload Pay: $55 per full trailer unload
• Stop Pay: $20 per stop

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Paid progressively over your first 180 days (must be actively employed on payout dates)

Job Details & Workload

• Routes: Hauling dedicated retail/grocery freight across Virginia and West Virginia.
• Weekly Mileage: ~2,000 miles per week across ~4 loads.
• Freight Handling: 100% touch freight; live unloads using a powered pallet jack (training provided).
• Equipment: Assigned sleeper cab.
• Home Time:
  • Weekly 34-hour home reset.
  • Daily 10-hour breaks at home if you live within 30 miles of the Roanoke distribution center.

Schedule & Operations

• Shift: Overnight operations.
• Schedule: Includes nights, weekends, and holiday runs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience within the last 3 years.
• Comfortable performing live store unloads.
• Full availability for overnight, weekend, and holiday schedules.
