Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Dealer Sales Assistant to join the Customer Experience team for the Outdoor Performance platform. The Outdoor Performance strategic priorities are to be consumer-first focused, lead with the power brands, and invest inward. The Customer Experience team will be part of the Global Commercial organization and will drive growth in the Outdoor Performance business by winning customers and channels, while finding efficiency in a consolidated commercial management structure.

As the Dealer Sales Assistant you will be responsible for various tasks to support the accuracy, flow, and on-time delivery of customer orders.  You will become proficient in systems and tools used to maintain customer records and process orders.  You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of customer records and the application of pricing and terms to customer orders. 

This position reports to the Supervisor, Sales Enablement and is based in Logan, Utah.

As the Dealer Sales Assistant, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain accurate customer records in systems and tools.
• Manage Form Stack and process new dealer requests.
• Communicate with Sales Managers, Reps and DX team on new accounts and status.
• Update item pricing, groups, and price levels in multiple ERP.
• Maintain open order report and cases to fix order flow issues.
• Maintain Shop Locally records.
• Support the Customer Experience team in a variety of projects and tasks as needed.

Years of Experience: 2+ years in customer support role, outdoor industry preferred

You Have: High School Diploma or GED

Specific Skills:

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a self-starter mentality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and CSV

Personal Characteristics: Customer focused drive to take on diverse projects and initiatives

Pay Range:

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $23.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
