Bosch Rexroth Corporation operates the electric servo driver system business, such as hydraulics and FA module components. The company provides products and solutions mainly related to hydraulic and electric drive in a wide range of areas such as construction, general industrial machinery, and FA equipment.

Leveraging the characteristics of high power hydraulic drives and highly efficient electric drives, Bosch Rexroth helps to save energy and clean up exhaust gases in construction machinery and general industrial machinery. Bosch Rexroth is also contributing to higher safety and reliability of machinery. In factory automation module components, Bosch supplies an extensive lineup of components, such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment, to meet needs on the front lines of manufacturing.

日本市場におけるボッシュ・レックスロス産業機械油圧事業の責任者として、事業戦略の立案・実行および組織マネジメントを担い、持続的な売上成長と高い収益性の実現をリードいただきます。市場環境を的確に捉え、競争優位性の確立と顧客価値の最大化を通じて、事業の拡大を推進するポジションです。

■統括範囲：産業機械油圧事業の営業部門および油圧システム設計・製造部門- 事業戦略・営業戦略の策定と推進- 顧客関係構築・市場開拓- 営業組織の統括・強化：高い成果を創出する営業組織の構築および人材育成-ドイツ本国との連携：本国の産機ビジネスユニットへの定期的なレポーティングや、グローバル戦略・日本戦略のすり合わせを議論を通して行う。※設計・製造部門は茨城県土浦市の工場にあるため、定期的(週１回程度)な工場事業所への出張が発生します。

【いずれも必須】

- 産業用油圧機器業界での経験(特にビジネス面)
- ビジネス上級レベルの英語力(議論・交渉ができる能力を備えていること)
- ネイティブの日本語能力
