Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable databases.
• Write, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers.
• Monitor and improve database performance through indexing and tuning.
• Ensure data integrity, security, backup, and recovery processes.
• Perform data migration with minimal downtime and data loss.
• Troubleshoot database-related issues and support application teams.
• Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and business analysts.
• Maintain accurate database documentation and follow best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in database development or engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems.
• Solid understanding of database design principles and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Fintech / financial services or share market knowledge is a plus.
• Relevant SQL or database certifications are an added advantage.
