Job Description



  • Develop and maintain logical database designs across multiple projects for a very large corporate EDW initiative using ERWin
  • Be responsible for packing and release of all database changes across all environments
  • Work with all development teams on performance issues and tuning
  • Communicate frequently with both functional and technical team members to fully understand and validate requirements and resolve conflict
  • Work with the business analyst, ETL and Cognos Development teams to fully understand the requirements and design / support the logical and physical data models
  • Develop and maintain physical database design and implementation including tuning required for performance of query and data movement operations
