1. Strong knowledge of ETL and Data Warehousing concepts 

2. Extensive Hands-on experience with Datastage. 

3. Strong SQL and Database development experience (Oracle/Teradata). 

4. Exposure to Unix (Good to have) 

5. Team Leading ability and good communication skills.
