TikTok’s data scientist team is a critical component of the platform’s success, responsible for leveraging data to enhance user experience, optimize content delivery, and drive business decisions. As a leading social media app known for its short-form video content, TikTok relies heavily on data science to stay ahead in a competitive market.

The Money Platform is committed to providing compliant, flexible, and globalized financial solutions for the Group’s businesses, empowering core models such as creator monetization, content commercialization, ad monetization, and live-streaming agencies. Leveraging standardized tools and modular designs, we enable rapid business deployment and scalable growth.

Job Description
- Conduct data analysis in payment related business, including user transaction experience, content commercialization, creator monetization, agency monetization, user asset management and etc..
- Design metrics framework to measure product healthiness, keep tracking of core metrics and understand root causes of metric movements.
- Conduct scientific evaluation with statistical methods, including A/B testing and casual inference.
- Identify growth opportunities with data analytics, and drive business decisions. Work with PM/RD to deliver product and strategy improvement.
- Research data science theories and methodology, improve analysis efficiency and data product tools.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related work experience.
- Expertise in SQL and programming in Python or R.
- Familiar with A/B testing and product analysis
- Strong analytical and causal reasoning mindset, and rigidity on statistical correctness. Strong communication and passion about product challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience of payment related business.
- Knowledge of machine learning.
- Experience with big data technologies.
