As a successful Business Design Consultant, you will work alongside local and global leaders to standardize and create repeatable, scalable processes that exceed our client expectations and ensure profitability. You'll work on the Worldwide Delivery Excellence team who fosters innovation and continuous improvement using a project health governance framework that measures projects from 360 degrees. In this role, you will demonstrate a natural bias towards self-motivation and initiative, navigating data and people to find answers, and presenting solutions. Identify Insights for Project Improvements: Collaboration with local project teams and market leaders to inspect and identify repeatable patterns and insights for improvements starting pre-contract thru project closure. Developing a high-performing team: Cultivating teamwork and problem-solving while working under delivery expectations and deadlines. Project Metrics Management: Reporting and strategizing solutions for managing project metrics including project health, financials-costs, revenue, and gross profit, team productivity, and client satisfaction.
