Position description and responsibilities for the Data Scientist position:

·         Someone with both statistical modeling experience and technical, engineering skills

·         Experienced in Healthcare, and decidedly “hands-on” and not just theoretical.

·         Experience or proficiency using statistical modeling tools (e.g. R, Matlab, AML etc.)

·         Bring not just an analytics-orientation, but the ability to use analytics to drive key success metrics.

Experience, Position Requirements, Responsibilities:

·         Proven mastery of analysis and development of models in the Healthcare industry

·         Relevant degree or deep experience in data analysis or Computer Science

·         Minimum five to seven years professional experience

Personal Attributes and Characteristics:

·         Flexible and resourceful, with a figure-it-out-and-get-it-done mentality; not afraid to make mistakes quickly and course-correct

·         Exemplary written and oral skills. Comfortable presenting at the CxO level.
