Job Description:

10+ years of experience in Data Management and AI.

Strong understanding of all data pillars (Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Data Quality, etc.).

Expertise in Large-Scale Modernization programs in the Data domain.

Experience in responding to RFPs and crafting winning proposals.

Proven ability to create end-to-end architecture solutions in Data and AI.

Knowledge of Generative AI, Conventional AI, and Machine Learning techniques.

Expertise in building accelerators and reusable frameworks in Data & AI.

Strong consulting mindset with the ability to drive business transformation.

Experience in handling and leading large teams efficiently.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data and AI solutions.

Strong stakeholder management skills to engage with C-level executives and clients.

Ability to define data strategy and roadmap for enterprises.

Deep understanding of data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Experience in mentoring and upskilling teams in Data & AI technologies.

Experience in designing and implementing Agentic AI systems for autonomous decision-making and workflow automation.

Knowledge of AI agents, multi-agent systems, and autonomous AI orchestration for enterprise applications.
