Team Overview

The Data Integration Specialist plays a critical role in enabling the successful onboarding, processing, and operational management of client and data provider data within TransUnion’s platforms. This role serves as a technical bridge between clients, data providers, and internal teams to ensure data integrations are configured accurately, operate reliably, and scale effectively.
The specialist supports the implementation of data ingestion pipelines, resolves complex data processing issues, and helps translate client data requirements into operational workflows within the platform.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with structured data and technical configurations, and capable of troubleshooting complex data workflows in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and implementation workflows for enterprise clients.
  • Configure ingestion and delivery pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot complex data collection and delivery challenges.
  • Translate client requirements into implementation plans and product feedback.
  • Maintain documentation of troubleshooting steps and client configurations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3+ years in adtech/martech, technical support, or client onboarding roles.
  • Experience supporting enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills

  • Basic SQL proficiency.
  • Experience with file-based delivery and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.).
  • Excel skills including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
  • Understanding of onboarding data and delivery workflows.
