Job description

Our Client is looking for people to join the administrative support team on a financial review project. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience with an established Professional Services firm, in a fast paced environment, with the scope to learn and develop new skills.

  • Location: Glasgow
  • Rate: £90 per day
  • Work pattern: Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Start dates: April and May start dates
  • Duration: Until December 2019

Day-to-day Activities

  • Research, gather and collate data relevant to the customer complaint using in-house banking legacy and 3rd party systems
  • Gather information to deadlines and quality standards whilst maintaining customer outcomes
  • Communicate with clients through written correspondence
  • Liaise with the investigations team and senior managers

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

§Understanding of the products against which PPI complaints are made

§Excellent analytical and letter writing skills with attention to detail

  • Relevant general banking experience internal or externally
  • Highly organised and confident to use multiple banking systems
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Driven to achieve targets and take ownership of workload
