ZEISS has been an international leader in the fields of optics and optoelectronics for over 180 years. ZEISS ANZ offers market leading products in the Consumer Optics industries, Medical Technology and Microscopy and we are excited to present an opportunity to join our Vision Care team in Caloundra.

Reporting to the Lab Manager, the primary focus of this role is the accurate and timely processing and coordination of ZEISS Vision Care orders, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of quality and customer service. This varied role offers exposure to multiple facets of our business, requiring someone who can comfortably transition between tasks with a ‘can do’ attitude. The successful candidates will become valued and integral members of our professional team. We currently have both a permanent, and casual role available.

Key responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:

• Accurately process customer orders
• Track and follow up on late orders to keep things on schedule
• Handle daily incoming and outgoing orders and manage stock levels
• Identify frame styles and measure them for lens production
• Pick and prepare lenses, and match them with frames after production
• Work closely with the Lab Manager and team to meet targets and support customer needs

Previous experience is not required. We are looking for someone with:
