Job Description
- Design and implement SAP Datasphere architecture integrating SAP and non‑SAP data sources
- Define spaces, connectivity, federation, and replication patterns
- Build a governed semantic layer and reusable data products for analytics and SAC
- Establish standards for modeling, naming, security, lineage, and monitoring
- Optimize platform performance and scalability for enterprise reporting
- Lead build, test, cutover, and go‑live activities
- Ensure operational handover with documentation and knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 6–10+ years of experience in data architecture or data platform delivery roles
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere (or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud)
- Proven experience integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources in enterprise landscapes
- Solid understanding of analytical modeling, semantic layers, and data consumption patterns
- Experience supporting production operations, performance tuning, and platform governance
Language & Communication Skills
- Native-level fluency in Japanese and English is good to have
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in retail or consumer-facing industries
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) consumption patterns
- Exposure to SAP BW/4HANA, SAP CAR, and legacy DWH environments
- Experience working in large-scale, SI-led or multi-vendor transformation programs
