Job Description Summary

Oversee and coordinate all soft services—cleaning, pest control, landscaping, waste management, and reception—ensuring compliance with data centre standards, client rules, and Thai regulations.

About the role:

  • Supervise cleaning teams across data halls, offices, plant rooms, and common areas, following required cleanliness standards.
  • Manage subcontractors (cleaning, pest control, landscaping, waste) and ensure SLA performance.
  • Enforce strict pest control practices, especially in sensitive areas.
  • Oversee waste management, recycling, and hazardous disposal in line with regulations.
  • Coordinate reception, mailroom, and visitor services.
  • Handle helpdesk requests and escalate issues when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with client guidelines and access protocols.
  • Train staff on data centre procedures and proper PPE use.
  • Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and purchasing within limits.
  • Support reporting, audits, and inspections (e.g., ISO 14001, LEED).

About You:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in soft services, preferably in data centres or clean environments.
  • Knowledge of technical cleaning standards and protocols (ASHRAE / ISO).
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple service areas.
  • Understanding of Thai environmental and waste regulations.
  • English proficiency; Thai required for daily operations.
