Data Architect

• Data Architecture Design - Design, develop and implement data architectures that align with business needs and growth plans. Define data models, schemas and structures for different types of data
• Data Integration - Work closely with data engineers to ensure smooth data integration from various sources. Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform and Loan) processes.
• Database Management - Optimize and manage databases for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Data Governance - Establish data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and data lifecycle management processes. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security practices.
• Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, software developers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Documentation - Document data architecture designs, data flows, and technical specifications. Create and maintain documentation to aid in knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Performance Optimization - Monitor and analyze data system performance. Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance data processing speed and efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 2 to 4 years in data engineering and architecture, database design, and data integration.
• Strong understanding of database system, data modeling principles and ETL processes
• Knowledgable of relational databases (SQL Server and MySQL)
• Experience with ETL Tools/Data Warehousing Tools (Informatica, etc) and cloud platform (Amazon Web Services)
• Understanding of data governance, data security, and compliance with regulation
• Willing to be deployed in Ortigas (fully onsite)
