Responbilities:

• Conduct interviews with stakeholders, conduct surveys, and review existing systems to understand the organization's business goals and data needs.
• Create data architecture models (conceptual, logical, and physical) suitable for the organization's data needs, prepare data flow diagrams and data dictionaries.
• Design, select, and implement data storage solutions such as data warehouses, data lakes, operational data stores.
• Design and develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate and transform data from different sources.
• Create policies and procedures to ensure data quality, perform data profiling, and manage data cleansing processes.
• Create policies and procedures to ensure data security, design access control mechanisms, and implement data security standards.
• Evaluate new data technologies and tools, ensure compatibility with existing systems, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Document and keep up-to-date data architecture, data models, data flows, and other related topics.
• Work closely with other team members (data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, etc.) on data architecture projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years experience in Data Engineering roles
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure and have experience with deploying and managing data solutions in the cloud.

• Knowledge of data architecture principles and concepts.
• Experience in data modeling techniques (e.g., conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling).
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration.
• Knowledge of data quality management and data security.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented and results-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and familiarity with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) processes and tools.

• Advanced level of English
• No military obligation for male candidates for at least 2 years
