The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram is ERM’s global operating backbone. It delivers business enablement services in Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure ERM’s global business runs seamlessly, efficiently, and consistently.

At the GDC, you will:

  • Be part of a hub that ensures ERM’s business continuity worldwide.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across geographies to support global operations.
  • Drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency in core functions.
  • Work with digital, automation, and AI-enabled tools to optimise how ERM operates.
  • Work in shifts where required, depending on the role. As processes mature and automation increases, reliance on shifts will reduce.

Role Purpose 

Deliver analytics, dashboards, and master-data governance for Finance Operations. The role enables insight generation, SLA tracking, and ERP data integration supporting Finance and FP&A. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Microsoft Fabric — Build and manage Lakehouse / Data Warehouse / pipelines for data integration and analytics readiness; enable structured, performant data access; develop curated, scalable data models.
  • Power BI — Develop semantic models, reports and dashboards; apply DAX and row-level security; optimise report performance.
  • Data Modelling & Pipelines — Design ingestion and transformation pipelines; ensure data integrity, scalability and lifecycle management.
  • Data Integration & APIs — Integrate enterprise and external data sources via REST APIs and connectors; ensure reliable data exchange.
  • Governance, Performance & Security — Comply with enterprise security and governance standards; manage environments (Dev/Test/Prod); optimise performance and stability.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse / Data Warehouse / Pipelines)
  • Power BI (semantic modelling, DAX, row-level security)
  • Data pipeline / ETL development
  • Strong understanding of data models and entity relationships
  • REST APIs and data integration
  • DevOps / ALM pipelines
  • Experience in developing Semantic Model at Enterprise level

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Dataverse and the wider Power Platform
  • Enabling AI / Copilot-ready data models
  • Experience with enterprise-scale data and integration architectures
  • Familiarity with governance and platform standardisation

Behavioural 

Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions; focus on clean, reusable, maintainable design; effective cross-functional collaboration.
