The Data & AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing and implementing data, analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to support customers' digital transformation initiatives. The role involves working closely with customers, technology partners and internal teams to develop AI use cases, build data pipelines, deploy machine learning models and integrate AI solutions into enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement Data and AI solutions for customer projects.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, data integration and ETL processes.
• Build and deploy AI and machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and demonstrate AI use cases.
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms, enterprise applications and APIs.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation and feature engineering.
• Develop dashboards, reports and data visualisations where required.
• Conduct solution testing, validation and performance tuning.
• Prepare technical documentation and implementation guides.
• Provide technical support during deployment and post-implementation.
• Work with technology vendors and partners on solution development.
• Stay updated on emerging AI, data analytics and cloud technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or related discipline.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Data Engineering, AI, Machine Learning or Analytics.
• Experience implementing enterprise data or AI solutions is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience may also be considered.
