Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst to turn legal and financial data into actionable insights for our legal operations and billing teams. You will analyze billing and operational data, support decision-making, monitor RPA processes, and help optimize workflows through automation.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of legal billing and financial data (BI for Billing).
  • Analyze trends, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve legal operations.
  • Produce standard and ad-hoc reports on client billing, collections, and revenue metrics.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to track legal and financial results.
  • Monitor and support ongoing RPA workflows in legal processes, identifying improvements and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance stakeholders to define requirements and support process improvements.
  • Develop automation solutions using SQL and Python to optimize daily legal and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reporting or Data Analyst.
  • Very good knowledge of analytical & visualization tools such as Power BI, QlikView.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with RPA is highly desirable.
  • Ability to operate comfortably in both business and technical arenas with a teamwork perspective.
  • Experience in a paralegal/legal environment is nice to have.
