Accountabilities:
- Gather, clean, organize, and integrate data from multiple sources while maintaining accuracy and data integrity.
- Use SQL extensively to transform, analyze, and structure datasets for reporting and business insights.
- Apply analytical techniques using tools such as Excel, SQL, and visualization platforms to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, charts, and visualizations to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities, gaps, and trends through independent analysis rather than only responding to requests.
- Collaborate with teams across operations, finance, customer success, and other business functions to understand data needs.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business initiatives and operational effectiveness.
- Recommend improvements to data collection, reporting processes, and analytical workflows.
- Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations that support business and healthcare outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Advanced hands-on SQL skills with experience cleaning, transforming, and structuring data.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience working with multiple data sources and interpreting complex datasets.
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Experience with Zoho Analytics, healthcare data, or startup environments is preferred.
