Job Title: Data Analyst
Job Location: Groton, CT
Contract Duration: 5-6 Months Contract

Description:
• Essential in reviewing state and internal paperwork for errors.
• Verifying dealership information using Salesforce and keeping data up-to-date in Salesforce.
• Needs familiarity with Excel, Word, and PDF documents, including splitting documents into multiple pages and saving them to folders and updating and filtering spreadsheets.
• Quick to learn and master new computer programs including internal data systems and Salesforce.
• Experience in making outbound calls and answering customer questions.
• Must be quick to learn and able to operate self-sufficiently, but know when to ask questions and ensure compliance with state and internal regulations.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of and comfort with computers, including use of multiple internal databases, spreadsheets, and Salesforce.
