Job Description:

Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Charlotte NC and Minneapolis MN
Duration: 12 plus Months

Looking for only W2 candidates

Required Skills:

• Must have recent and extensive (3-5 years) experience with Data Lineage, metadata, and mapping.
• Candidates should be heads down in data
• Research data fields to identify term usage across the enterprise
• Define the enterprise data term based on input from LOB partners
• Socialize definitions among LOB partners to gather feedback
• Gain consensus from LOB partners for the term definition and record approval
• Update metadata repository with the approved definition and confirm term metadata meets minimum standards.
• Define quality metrics for the newly defined term
• May require work with data governance policies, Metadata, Data Quality or Change Management
• This role will need to be a good communicator (both written and verbal) that can influence others.
