Data Analyst

     

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Heart Failure (HF), formerly Acelis Connected Health (ACH), is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Manila. This role leverages strong SQL skills and data visualization tools (e.g., dashboards and reports) to generate actionable insights that support operational and business decision‑making. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in SQL querying, data visualization, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create dashboards and reports that support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Apply analytical thinking and curiosity to collaborate across teams, define data needs, and deliver actionable insights.
• Communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders and leadership across a matrix organization.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and visualization outputs.

Qualifications:

• Analytical background with SQL and data visualization experience, delivering actionable insights in a matrix organization.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting roles.
• Experience working with multiple data sources, with attention to data quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Effective communication skills, clearly conveying insights to stakeholders at all leadership levels.
• Proactive, growth‑oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or technical field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Healthcare and/or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) environments.
• Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis, scripting, and statistical modeling.
• Experience working with Salesforce data, including report creation and dashboard development.
• Relevant professional certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization.
