We are a Silicon Valley-based outsourcing company that provides innovative and strategic solutions for our clients. We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in the Philippines. This role will work closely with our US-based team to analyze and interpret data, provide insights, and support business decisions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources using SQL and other tools
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Provide regular reporting on business performance and key metrics to management and other stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations based on data analysis
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across various systems and tools
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
• Assist with ad-hoc data analysis requests as needed

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a data analysis role
• Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard development
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Python or other programming languages is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certifications in data analysis, SQL, or related fields are a plus
