Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via chat, email, and phone in Danish.
• Assist users with account queries, content navigation, and subscription management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming and billing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address and resolve more complex customer challenges.
• Keep informed about the latest platform updates, features, and content to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Prior experience in customer support, particularly in technology or streaming services, is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of streaming platforms and their functionalities is an advantage.
• A genuine passion for the streaming industry and a commitment to providing exceptional support.
