Danish Speaking Partner Support Consultant

In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional support to our partners in Danish-speaking territories. Your fluency in Danish and your focus on partner satisfaction will be essential in building strong relationships and ensuring that our partners receive the necessary guidance and resources. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary representative for Danish-speaking partners, addressing their support needs and inquiries.
• Provide expert assistance on product usage and integration to improve partner engagement.
• Work collaboratively with partners to resolve issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document all partner interactions and resolutions thoroughly in the support system.
• Analyze partner feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
• Partner with internal teams to develop and enhance support and training materials for partners.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in customer service or partner support roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to effectively tackle partner challenges.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support software is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to enhancing partner success is essential.
