Danish Speaking Mobile Support Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Danish Speaking Mobile Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide outstanding technical support to Danish-speaking clients, assisting them with any issues related to mobile applications and devices. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality mobile support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues associated with mobile applications and devices.
• Assist users with the installation, configuration, and effective use of mobile apps.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support interactions in the customer service management system.
• Stay informed about updates in products and services to provide accurate support.
• Collaborate with development teams to relay user feedback for product enhancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or mobile support is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on client satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and work well under stress.
• Interest in mobile technology and a strong desire to assist customers.
• Experience with CRM or support software is beneficial.
