Responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat for our online marketplace.
• Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, and marketplace policies efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain a positive shopping environment.
• Assist customers in navigating the marketplace and understanding product details.
• Accurately record customer interactions and feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Stay informed about marketplace trends, product information, and industry news to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or marketplace settings is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer experience.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with online marketplace systems is a plus.
