Responsibilities

• Engage with Danish-speaking gamers via live chat, offering helpful and prompt assistance.
• Address a wide array of gaming-related questions, including gameplay, account issues, and technical support.
• Inform players about game updates, features, and community standards.
• Log interactions and player feedback accurately for continual service improvement.
• Collaborate with the gaming team to provide tailored solutions and gather player insights.
• Encourage a respectful and enjoyable online environment among players.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong interest in gaming.
• Prior experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to effectively address customer inquiries.
• A passion for gaming, with familiarity with popular games and platforms.
• Experience with live chat tools or customer support software is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet gamer availability.
