Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking gamers by answering inquiries and enhancing their overall gaming experience.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to gaming, delivering effective solutions.
• Inform players about game features, updates, and community events.
• Accurately document player interactions and feedback for process improvement.
• Collaborate with the gaming team to incorporate player suggestions into future updates.
• Promote a positive gaming atmosphere by encouraging respectful communication among users.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Outstanding communication skills and a strong passion for gaming.
• Experience in customer service, gaming support, or community management is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• An enthusiastic gamer with a good understanding of popular gaming platforms and titles.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software is a bonus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate player needs.
