Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Danish-speaking players through various platforms, including forums, social media, and live chat.
• Handle gameplay questions, technical problems, and community feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Encourage active participation within the gaming community and help maintain a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate with the development team to relay insights and suggestions from the community for ongoing improvements.
• Keep up-to-date with game content, features, and community guidelines to provide accurate support.
• Record player interactions and identify common issues to enhance the player experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an asset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills geared towards community engagement.
• A genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming trends and cultures.
• Prior experience in customer support or community management is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with social media tools and customer support software.
