Danish Speaking Game Chat Moderator

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a motivated Danish Speaking Game Chat Moderator to join our dedicated team! In this engaging role, you will be responsible for ensuring a fun, safe, and respectful chat environment for players on our online gaming platform. Responsibilities

• Monitor chat discussions to uphold community guidelines and promote respectful interactions among players.
• Actively engage with players by answering their inquiries and fostering a positive gaming atmosphere.
• Swiftly address and resolve any instances of inappropriate behavior or language in the chat.
• Provide assistance to players facing issues or concerns during their gaming experience.
• Collaborate with the game development team to create engaging community initiatives and gather valuable player feedback.
• Report on player interactions and suggest improvements to enhance overall gameplay and community engagement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of gaming culture.
• Experience in chat moderation, community management, or customer service is an advantage.
• Capable of handling challenging situations with empathy while promoting a positive environment.
• A deep passion for gaming and familiarity with various online gaming platforms.
• Knowledge of chat moderation tools and community engagement practices is beneficial.
• Availability to work flexible hours to align with high gaming activity periods.
