Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with their inquiries related to fashion products via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide detailed product information, styling advice, and recommend items that meet customer needs.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues with a friendly and professional approach.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and keep track of requests and resolutions.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends and the company's product offerings to provide knowledgeable support.
• Collaborate with other teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• A strong passion for fashion and understanding of industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathize with customers and manage their inquiries effectively.
• Strong multitasking abilities and capability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with customer support platforms and tools is advantageous.
