Responsibilities

• Provide support to Danish-speaking clients regarding entertainment services, events, and bookings.
• Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
• Address booking concerns and resolve issues in a friendly and timely manner.
• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions for follow-up and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance service delivery based on client feedback.
• Stay informed about current events and trends in the entertainment industry to better assist clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is a requirement; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a customer support role or within the entertainment industry is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in entertainment and a dedication to client satisfaction.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with customer relationship management software is a plus.
