Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Danish-speaking enterprise clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering tailored advice and support throughout their journey.
• Understand clients' business objectives and deliver solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Conduct regular check-ins to monitor client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to drive improvements in service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Proven experience in client management, consulting, or a similar field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for relationship building.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to effectively address client challenges.
• Ability to comprehend complex business environments and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Proactive mindset, focused on delivering exceptional value to clients.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in enterprise-level consulting is a plus.
