Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking customers through email, phone, and chat, focusing on e-commerce inquiries.
• Assist with order information, product questions, and payment issues.
• Effectively manage customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions.
• Guide customers through product offerings and ongoing promotions.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in e-commerce or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer service processes is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is beneficial.
