Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients in Danish to assess their digital store needs and provide customized solutions.
• Assist clients in the setup, management, and optimization of their digital storefronts.
• Deliver comprehensive training and support to clients regarding digital retail tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about emerging e-commerce trends to offer insightful guidance to clients.
• Document interactions and outcomes to ensure continuous improvement in service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in digital retail or e-commerce environments is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
• Good analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in the dynamic field of digital commerce.
