• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in Danish.
• Provide support for product-related questions, complaints, and feedback.

• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Stay updated on company products and promotions to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service or social media management is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends is highly desirable.
