Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to streaming services, including account management, technical issues, and content inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Educate customers about the features and benefits of the streaming service.
• Document interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in online streaming and digital media is advantageous.
