Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking corporate clients, delivering exceptional support.
• Respond to client inquiries through multiple channels, ensuring thorough and timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot and address client issues efficiently to enhance their experience.
• Provide detailed information about products and services to inform client decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and summarize feedback for quality improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant advice to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Prior experience in customer service or corporate advisory roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a dedication to client satisfaction.
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with corporate products and services is beneficial.
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools is a plus.
