In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our Danish-speaking clients, addressing their automotive needs with expertise and care. Your fluency in Danish will be crucial for facilitating communication, solving inquiries, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Danish-speaking customers inquiring about automotive services.
• Respond to customer questions regarding vehicle maintenance, repairs, and available services.
• Assist customers in booking service appointments and ensure they understand the processes involved.
• Effectively manage and resolve customer issues while aiming to exceed satisfaction expectations.
• Provide information about service warranties, options, and ongoing promotions.
• Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and service inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within an automotive context, is preferred.
• Effective problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
