Job Responsibilities:

• Familiar with and proficient in the stylistic characteristics and performance details of the repertoire’s choreography.

• Work collaboratively with the resident choreographer and the team in daily rehearsals and performances to ensure the overall quality of the production.

• Adapt flexibly to the show director’s requirements.

• Maintain and properly care for personal costumes and performance props required for the role.

• Maintain professionalism during performances to ensure stage order and safety.

• Deliver consistent and high-quality performances across multiple shows.

• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with fellow performers and the technical team.

Job Requirements:

• Applicants should possess five or more years of professional dance performance experience and demonstrate solid foundational dance technique.

• Full-time college diploma or bachelor’s degree in dance or a related dance major.

• Proficient in Cantonese or Mandarin.

• Applicants should demonstrate proficient mastery of stage spatial coordination, with the ability to quickly adapt to different performance venues, accurately hit stage marks, and strictly adhere to blocking and staging requirements. Candidates must also exhibit strong rapid-learning abilities, a solid sense of teamwork, keen musical rhythmic awareness, and effective problem‑solving skills in live performance settings.
