D365 SCM Functional Consultant

Role 

The Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant key role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Suppl  Chain Management modules. This position requires strong functional knowledge of supply chain processes and expertise in ERP systems to deliver high-quality solutions.

Job Responsibilities 

• Become a Dynamics 365 specialist, with deep understanding of supply chain business processes
• Map business requirements to system functionalities and common practices.
• Maintain development tasks and collaborate with technical/programmer teams for solution delivery
• Create and maintain project documentation (functional specs, process flows, test scripts).
• Support testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Handle any other duties related to project activities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree/Master Degree (IT/related major is preferable)
• At least 2 extensive experience in a full cycle implementation (from Requirement to Go Live & Support) of any of the following modules in Dynamics 365 SCM
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, production, warehouse)
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must be proficient in the English language
• Strong analytical and problem solving
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management certification is highly preferred
